Licences are corporate assets, not individual. If an assigned employee leaves the firm or changes roles, the Company Admin may reassign that seat to a new team member once per 12-month term.
Full payment is required upfront via invoice for payments under $30k. Access for all seats will be provisioned within 24 business hours of cleared funds. We will offer payment solutions for contracts over $30k if required.
Licences are valid for 12 months. This agreement does not auto-renew; we will reach out 1 month prior to termination to arrange renewal.
Content, agents, and workflows are for internal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing proprietary AI Executive LTD assets outside the licensed entity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the entire contract. Refund requests must be submitted by the authorised Company Admin. Partial refunds for individual seats are not available.
To reward long-term partnership, the Client's “Per-Seat Rate” is locked at the initial contract price for all future renewals, regardless of public price increases. This guarantee applies to both existing seats and up to 15 additional seats added to the licence in the future, provided that service remains continuous and uninterrupted.
If the licence is terminated, cancelled, or if payment lapses by more than 14 days past the renewal date, this guarantee is void and any subsequent reinstatement will be at the then-current public market rate.
