At AI Executive, we stand behind the value of our programs. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are available for each of our service plans. By purchasing any plan, you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms described below.
All refund requests should be submitted via email to support@joinaiexecutive.com.
We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on the Standard Plan. If you complete the program and do not feel confidently AI-native, we will refund every penny — no questions asked.
To qualify for a refund under our 30-day guarantee, you must meet all three of the following conditions within 30 days of your purchase date:
These conditions exist to ensure that members who request a refund have genuinely engaged with the program. We believe this is fair to both you and to us.
Email support@joinaiexecutive.com within 30 days of your purchase date with the subject line “Refund Request — Standard Plan”. Include your name, the email address associated with your account, and your feedback on the program. We will verify your eligibility and process approved refunds within 14 business days.
Refund requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be honoured unless required by law. Your subscription will continue until the end of your annual billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription through the available account, payment, or support channels to prevent future renewals, but no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
Both the Client and AI Executive retain the right to cancel the Board Room engagement within the first 14 days if either party feels the arrangement is not a good fit. If you decide the Board Room is not right for you within that period, we will issue a full refund.
After 14 days, the quarterly fee paid for the current billing period is non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future quarterly renewals.

Enterprise and multi-license purchases provide team access to AI Executive Core, with centralised invoicing, account support, and administrative management. Enterprise refund terms may be further defined in the Enterprise Licensing Agreement signed during onboarding.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Enterprise customers may request a full refund within 14 days of the enterprise start date, provided fewer than 20% of purchased licences have been activated. For plans with fewer than 10 licences, the refund remains available provided no more than 2 licences have been activated.
After 14 days, or once 20% or more of purchased licences have been activated, whichever occurs first, the Enterprise subscription becomes non-refundable for the current billing term. Unused licences may be reassigned to other eligible team members during the active subscription period.
Refund requests must be submitted by the authorised billing contact or account administrator. For Enterprise refund enquiries, please contact support@joinaiexecutive.com.
All refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but will typically appear within 5–10 business days after we have processed the refund.
Where VAT was charged on the original transaction, the full amount including VAT will be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where we reasonably believe the refund policy is being abused. This includes, but is not limited to, repeated purchases and refund requests, or evidence that course materials have been downloaded, copied, or redistributed prior to the refund request.
Our services include immediate access to digital course content, community areas, resources, event listings, and other member-only platform features. Your access to those digital services begins when your account is activated or your entitlement is granted. This Refund Policy sits alongside, and does not limit, any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If there is a conflict between this policy and your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us directly at support@joinaiexecutive.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and access to all services.
